Boris Joseph began his career in 1996 in the European Development Fund as an analyst and consultant, respectively in Mexico and Niger. He joined BNP Paribas in 1998 as a financial engineer at the Corporate & Investment Banking and then took over the South East Asian desk of the French Treasury in India. In 2000, he joined Natexis Banques Populaires as head of North Latin America Credit Desk at the Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2004, he moved to the General Inspection as audit manager. In 2011, he joined Natixis' senior management as Chief of Staff of Laurent Mignon, Chief Executive Officer of Natixis. During this period, he notably led the creation of the Natixis liquidity department, the multi-year operational efficiency plan, as well as the KYC (Customer knowledge) and GTB (Global Transaction Banking) activities in Algeria. On August 31, 2015, he joined Natixis Algeria as director of commercial operations, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in November 2016.
